Meet Karol
With a background in Finance, Economics, and Data Analytics and more than a decade of corporate experience, Karol Orozco built her career around understanding how businesses operate, analyzing performance, and creating strategies for growth.
Over the years, she recognized that many businesses don't lack vision, they lack the structure, systems, and processes needed to support it.
That realization led her to create KND Strategy House, bringing corporate-level strategy and structure to growing businesses in a practical, hands-on way.
